Our Radiant Color Balm is 100% VEGAN and safe to use everywhere as it contains zero:

• Dyes
• Bismuth
• Petroleum or Mineral Oil 
• Hydrogenated Oils

Using the pad of your finger, emulsify the product until it becomes soft enough to work with. Apply directly to your lips, cheeks, or eyes and blend to desired effect.
Can be used as a shadow primer. Apply powder eyeshadow on top of your blended Radiant Color Balm.
