We want to make sure that your products from Eve Organics Beauty are correct and what you expected.
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
If there is a discrepancy with your order:
- You received the wrong item
- You received broken or missing items
- Mechanisms (like pumps) are not working correctly

We cannot refund custom blended products such as custom foundations, eyeshadows, blush or bronzers.
If you have an allergic reaction to a product (it's rare, but it does happen sometimes), discontinue use and contact us immediately for refund options or alternative product recommendations.
We can refund or replace defective or broken items within 14 days of receiving your order. If you purchased your products in person, you may request a refund or replacement up to 14 days after original purchase.
The 6 digit code written on the label of each individual product is a batch number as well as a suggested use by / expiration date. When purchasing multiple products, be sure to use the product with the soonest use by date first.
Our products are heat sensitive. Please store in a cool, dry place.
We recommend that you do not open your products until you are ready to use them.
Our skincare, body care and cream based products like Radiant Color Balm all have expiration dates. Our loose (dry) mineral products like foundation, blush, bronzers and eyeshadows do not expire as long as they are stored in a cool, dry setting and no oils are introduced to the packaging.
