BALANCE (Hydrating) TONER

Hydrate and prep your skin for Serum & Moisture!
Formulated to enhance moisture retention and aid in the clearing of hormonal or occasional break outs. This hydrating toner preps your skin to allow it to absorb serums and moisturizers. Your serums and moisturizers will go further if you use TONER. 

BALANCE TONER is organic aloe based, with 93% organic content to calm, heal and soothe.  Witch Hazel and Tea Tree Oil calm breakouts, while Rose flower water hydrates.  
Don't skip your toner, use it morning & night! 

Spritz a few pumps of BALANCE TONER to your face and neck just prior to applying serum and/or moisture.  
**Expert tip: spritz a few pumps over your finished makeup to set and/or refresh your makeup.
