BALANCE TONER is your go-to toner for hydration as well as oil & water balance. Perfect for normal to dry, normal to oily or combination skin, this toner not only refreshes, but also prepares your skin to receive serum & moisture. Helps to keep hormonal breakouts at bay while it calms & soothes your skin. Use every day & night, after cleanser & before serum and / or moisture.

As part of your skincare routine:
After cleansing with your favorite Eve Organics Beauty Cleanser, spritz 4-5 pumps of your BALANCE TONER directly over your face and neck. 
You may also spritz BALANCE TONER onto a cotton round and sweep gently over your face & neck.
Follow directly with your favorite Eve Organics Beauty SERUMS and then your favorite Eve Organics Beauty Moisturizer. This TONER is ingredient compatible with all Eve Organics Beauty Skincare products. 

To set and refresh:
May be used to set your makeup or to refresh throughout the day.
